This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with the website nephewsandsons.com.

This website does not have a contact or enquiry form, and does not ask visitors to type in their name, phone number, or email address anywhere on the site. The only personal data connected to the site is:
- Testimonials: names, roles, and (where provided) photos of clients who have agreed to have their feedback published on the site.
- Leadership team information: names, photos, and designations of our own leadership team, published with their knowledge as part of representing the business.

The "Message on WhatsApp" and "Call" buttons on this site open WhatsApp or your phone's dialler directly — when you use them, you are starting a conversation with us through WhatsApp or your telecom provider, not submitting information through this website. Any message or call history is held within WhatsApp (governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy) or your phone carrier, not on our servers.
4. Third-party services used on this site
To show our location and factory tour video, this site embeds:
- Google Maps — to display our factory location. Loading the map may allow Google to process standard technical data (such as your IP address) under Google's own privacy policy.
- YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) — for our facility tour video, loaded via youtube-nocookie.com to minimise tracking until you choose to play the video.
Our site content (text, images, and testimonials shown on the page) is hosted using Firebase, a Google Cloud service. As explained above, we do not store visitor-submitted personal data there — it only holds the text and images that make up the public pages of this site.
5. Why we process this data and on what basis
Testimonials and leadership information are published with the knowledge and consent of the people involved, for the legitimate business purpose of describing our work and team to prospective customers. You are free to reach us via WhatsApp or phone entirely at your own choice — we do not require or store any personal information to browse this site.

Testimonials and leadership details are kept on the site for as long as they remain accurate and the person has not asked us to remove them. Since no enquiry-form data is collected, there is no separate retention period to manage for that category.
